The Shift to Thrive 1-on-1 Coaching Program is customized to encourage introspection, create awareness of possibilities, blind spots and barriers, and support your desire to move forward in new areas. There are 3, 6 and 12- program options available. I will collaborate with you to design a customized action plan based on your desired outcomes. Your program begins with an Introductory Call that will allow me to gain a clear understanding of your situation and what you’d like to achieve through coaching. At the beginning of your program, we’ll also use an assessment tool (Hogan Assessments or Hogan 360) that provides insight into your performance and how others may perceive you. I’m committed to supporting, listening and directing your focus on the future to help you achieve the success you deserve. 

 The  Shift-to-Thrive 1-on-1 Coaching Program includes: 

  • A 30-minute Introductory Call 
  • 60-minute coaching sessions twice per month (video calls)
  • A 90-minute assessment debrief that helps you understand your results, which can be used as we create your customized action plan
  • Accountability work between sessions allows you to implement new behaviors and habits
  • Debriefs at the beginning of each session highlight which action steps from your plan worked well, observations and lessons learned 
  • Access to resources and tools to support you as work towards your goals
  • Support via email or messaging between sessions

Individual Assessments are valuable tools for providing greater insight and self-awareness into your performance and how you “show-up” at work. The Hogan Assessment Suite is considered by many to be the gold standard in workplace assessments. The Hogan Assessments consists of 3 assessments: the HPI (Hogan Personality Inventory) measures how people behave in day-to-day life when they’re at their best; the HDS (Hogan Development Survey) measures how people behave when they’re under stress and pressure; and the MVPI (Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory) measures core values, goals, and interests that determine satisfaction and drive careers. The Hogan 360 is a multi-rater assessment that captures your brand around behavioral competencies associated with emotional intelligence, and business competencies associated with operational excellence and driving strategy.  Whether you choose the Hogan Assessments or the Hogan 360, you will receive a 90-minute assessment debrief to help you understand your results and determine what you should stop, start or continue doing in order to thrive at work. The Prepare to Thrive 1-on-1 Career Coaching Program prepares you to find your next opportunity by helping you highlight the most impactful aspects of your professional and personal experience and market it in a way that is attractive to potential employers. This 2-month program includes resume and LinkedIn profile optimization, refining your “brag sheet” and “elevator pitch”,  networking tips, interview prep and practice, resources to support your job search, offer negotiation tips and a game plan on how to quickly add value when you secure your next role. To ensure your continued success, we’ll have an Accountability Check-in Session 3 months after your program ends. New Leader Onboarding 

New Leader Onboarding is a process focused on integrating Leaders into an organization, function, team and role. It is the execution of a customized 90-day roadmap aligned with the organization’s goals. This strategic plan can begin BEFORE the leader’s first day in the new role. I will partner with the leader and their Sponsor to provide coaching and support during execution of that plan. Ideal for newly hired leaders. Facilitated New Leader Assimilation 

New Leader Assimilation is the strategy of integrating a new Leader into an organization, or into a new role within their current organization. A Facilitated New Leader Assimilation usually occurs in the first 3-6 months and is a great way to get answers to important questions and openly address the team’s concerns quickly. It includes a follow-up session 3-6 months after the initial session, to ensure accountability on commitments made by both the leader and the team. Ideal for newly hired or promoted leaders.
