New Leader Onboarding
New Leader Onboarding is an intentional process focused on integrating Leaders into an organization, function, team and role. It is the execution of a customized 90-day roadmap aligned with the organization’s goals. This strategic plan can begin BEFORE the Leader’s first day in the new role. Juanetta will partner with the Leader and their Sponsor to provide coaching and support during execution of that plan.

Group coaching is a series of structured conversations that lead to change over time. It focuses on goal setting, accountability and action. In group coaching, Juanetta brings together people in an organization with a common interest, but not necessarily the same goals. For example, a group may come together as a follow-up to leadership training. Each person in that group has their own goals to which they would apply what they’ve learned. This facilitated process creates a space for on-going conversation, reflection and insights on any shared topic.
